This program is for the super woman who would like to find relief from stress using natural solutions in 5 minutes or less. Did you know stress can result in weight gain (especially around the middle), poor sleep, digestive issues, insulin resistance, and more.  Stress affects our body in many different ways and comes from various sources: Physical, Emotional, Environmental, etc.

You will learn about 2 of the most important hormones, cortisol and insulin, which greatly impact your health when your system is out of balance and simple ways to regain physical and emotional balance, harmony, and energy. Together, we will discuss how your thoughts and emotions affect your health resulting in heart disease, diabetes, depression and weight gain.
